At Kinsey's Candles, we know how much our customers rely on timely delivery of packages and do our utmost to fill orders quickly and expeditiously. As of now, we only ship to the United States.
We require 2-5 business days to process the order, IN ADDITION TO the time stated at checkout to ship it. Orders may arrive sooner as it is our goal to ship out orders the same day they are received, but we cannot guarantee that they will, depending on the number of orders being processed.
Every order is high priority to us, but if you have a shipment that is of special concern to you, please contact us, so we can discuss logistics to ensure your expectations are met.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the USPS Postal Service or other carriers. We ship on business days excluding holidays and weekends when carriers are not running.
We reserve the right, during high temperature periods, to only ship Monday through Wednesday to prevent packages containing wax items from sitting in hot shipping warehouses melting in the heat.
This is a last resort, and will only be done if the temperature is so high that using special packaging is proving ineffective in keeping the product safe.
We will contact you if it's time to implement this policy to make sure you are aware of it first, that it works for your time frame, and also to let you know when the package is expected to arrive so that you can pick it up as soon as possible. If we cannot reach you via phone or email, we will move forward with shipping the package out Monday through Wednesday only, and notify you by e-mail.
Once the package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft. Please let us know if you have an issue, and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
We go to great lengths to ensure that our products are packed well and arrive in good condition. If an incident occurs, please let us know as soon as possible.
